E-Z-GO Names Swanson Russell As New Agency of Record
Lincoln, Neb. (Aug. 26, 2008) - E-Z-GO, the leading manufacturer of golf cars and utility vehicles, has enlisted Swanson Russell as its new agency of record (AOR) for the planning and implementation of its marketing communications.
The partnership follows Swanson Russell’s recent award-winning redesign of the E-Z-GO Web site, www.EZGO.com, and assistance in introducing its revolutionary new RXV golf car. Since beginning to work together in early 2007, E-Z-GO has continuously escalated Swanson Russell’s role in its wide variety of marketing communications.
“The new EZGO.com demonstrates Swanson Russell’s exceptional knowledge of the golf industry and understanding of consumer markets,” said Kathy Searle, E-Z-GO vice president of communications. “The quality of work we received as a result was some of the best I’ve seen. I’m sure this partnership will result in great things for both companies.”
As the new AOR, Swanson Russell will provide a broad range of services to E-Z-GO, including marketing strategy and planning, corporate identity development, media planning and buying, consumer ad campaigns, interactive marketing, collateral material, direct marketing and dealer relations.
“With more than 20 years in the golf industry, our extensive experience made us a great fit to partner with E-Z-GO,” commented Dave Hansen, Swanson Russell’s executive vice president and managing director. “We’re thrilled to apply our marketing communications expertise to their diverse consumer and commercial audiences. After all, it's not every day you have the opportunity to work with an organization as highly respected and recognized as E-Z-GO.”
